Returns & Exchanges


There are no returns on these items as they are all made to order and custom items. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your item.


Shipping Policies


Most items will be shipped between 2-4 days M-F. However items can take up to FOUR weeks depending on current production. Please refer to shop announcements for current turn around time for the EMBROIDERED Items. You will receive confirmation via paypal and/or etsy when your item has shipped. Within that email you will receive a tracking number for your convenience. Please make sure you have provided the correct "ship to" address, as we must ship to the address you supply.

Please note that I will do my best to get your order out as quickly as possible, however leaving a note that you need by X date (without prior contacting me) will NOT guarantee you will receive by delivery date. If you need something by a specific date, message me prior to purchasing.

Finally the post office is taking longer than normal, please keep that in mind when ordering. I can not control at which the speed the post office decides to move (I wish I could).

Be advised that all international customers are responsible for taxes, duties, VAT and any customs fees that your country charges.
